The purpose of the praise and worship ministry is to lead the people into the presence of God, preparing the hearts of the congregation to hear and receive the Word of God. The ministry of praise and worship is not one of entertainment, but it is to assist the congregation in their worship of God.

Praise and Worship is not just singing, but an opportunity to show God just how much you love Him. Every Christian should have a personal worship time with the Lord everyday, along with actively participating in corporate worship at the local church. We encourage everyone to lift hands, dance and sing in the spirit, or bow at the altar.

And at Solid Rock Family Life Center, we believe praise and worship is a way of life not an event taking place on Sunday morning. Whether it is outside in the park proclaiming the good news to all, or indoors edifying one another, we do not fail to send the praises up – because he never fails to send the blessings down. So come join us in praise, in song, and in dance.
