We build relationships with neighborhood organizations, civic organizations, business organizations, city departments, social service agencies, ethnic and religious groups, educational institutions and individuals. The purpose of building a network of relationships is to enable us to be proactive in addressing community concerns.

We provide free Back to School health physicals for Preschool to College during the months of July and August. Assessments include, eye screening, dental, blood pressure and immunizations. Call 393-7625 for schedule.
