“And I will give you pastors according to mine heart, which shall feed you with knowledge and understanding.” — Jeremiah 3:15
We believe the church should embrace the salvation of Jesus Christ and identify societal problems, and deliver solutions holistically. In other words, the church must take the ‘sanctuary’ to the streets. Our community is an extension of the church.
Greetings,
What a blessing it will be to have you visit us! You’ll discover that we believe God for miracles in changing people’s lives and transforming our city.
Our belief is that the church must embrace the salvation of Jesus Christ. We must identify societal problems, and deliver solutions holistically. In other words, the church must take the “sanctuary” to the streets. Our community should be an extension of the church.
Our Mission: Solid Rock Family Life Center is called to proclaim the Gospel of Christ and to inspire in all persons a love for Christ, a passion for righteousness, and a consciousness of their duties to God and each other. Thus, it is our prayer that our members will spread the Gospel message and be disciples of Jesus in their home, during their daily occupation and in our community. We pledge our lives to Christ and covenant with each other to demonstrate His Spirit through transformation of his people through spiritual renewal and through community economic development.
God’s presence is among us. We are thankful for our spiritual vitality, our remarkable opportunities to touch the lives of literally thousands, and our bright and glorious future to impact the community of Colorado Springs. Together, we're striving to become the kind of church that is led by the Holy Spirit in every aspect of our activity. We believe God has called us to be the healing center for the city.
We invite you to worship with us on Sunday. We really appreciate you visiting. Thank you so much.
Blessings to You,
Pastors Ben & Wanda Anderson
